The Winter Culinary Weekend is a four-day celebration of food and wine woven into a weekend of skiing and snowshoeing at Beaver Creek.
Guests mingle with visiting chefs and winemakers across interactive cooking demonstrations, wine-paired dinners, on-mountain gourmet lunches, and spirits events. The weekend builds to a Grand Tasting on Saturday evening.
Signature experiences include Ski.Eat.Ski, a snowshoe-and-gourmet-lunch outing, Mules & Manhattans, and a Sunday Funday Brunch - a mix of alpine activity and world-class dining throughout Beaver Creek Village and its on-mountain restaurants.
Proceeds benefit the Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP), which provides culinary and life-skills pathways for underserved teens, so a weekend of indulgence also gives back.
