Last Minute Deals
Booking must be within 5 days of the check-in date, or book Friday and Saturday night, and Sunday can be added anytime at last-minute rates. Restrictions apply / plus taxes/fees and cleaning, and add $75 to $300 per night for holiday and high season dates (depending on the unit). Cleaning is $75 for a hotel room, $90 for a studio, $125 for a one-bedroom, and an additional $35 per additional bedroom (house and townhomes priced separately). Winter Long Term
All pricing is total, plus taxes (as applicable) and cleaning (based on size) as well as damage insurance ($49) – many times winter monthly bookings must be approved by the owner before they can be confirmed. Christmas and New Years weeks will be an up charge to the retail rates as well as other high demand dates. PRICING HERE IS BASE MONTHLY – each month is priced differently based on the month being booked; based on demand (base months are November and April).
