Taste of Vail is the valley's premier spring wine and food festival, produced by a local non-profit dedicated to establishing Vail as a culinary destination.
Across four days, the festival pairs the region's restaurants with national and international winemakers through a series of signature tastings, chef demonstrations, and educational seminars. It is a celebration of mountain-town cuisine set against late-season spring skiing conditions.
The marquee events include Opening Night, the Apres Tasting, the on-mountain Mountain Celebration lunch, and the Grand Tasting, with individual seminars and dinners sprinkled throughout the week.
A Signature Pass bundles the four headline events, while single tickets let you build your own itinerary. Early-bird 2027 tickets are already on sale.
