Jazz @ Vail Square is Vail Jazz’s Thursday-evening summer concert series, running Thursdays, July 2 – September 3, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in Vail Square, Lionshead Village. Each week brings a different national jazz artist to an intimate, open-air tented venue — close enough to feel every note.
It’s the kind of relaxed, up-close listening experience that has made this the Thursday-night centerpiece of Vail’s summer. (Not to be confused with the Labor Day Vail Jazz Festival — this is the weekly Vail Square series that carries the summer.) Tickets and season passes are available through Vail Jazz.

The draw here is intimacy: an open-air tent in the heart of Lionshead that puts you close to some of the finest touring jazz artists on the road. Come early to wander the village, grab dinner in one of the Lionshead restaurants, then slide into your seat as the first set opens on a long Colorado summer evening.
