The Keystone Kickoff film series continues on Saturday, November 14, 2026 with Matchstick Productions' 34th annual ski film, "The Way Out," screening twice at Warren Station in River Run Village.
One week after the Warren Miller premiere, Matchstick Productions brings its newest feature to Keystone. "The Way Out" frames skiing as a path toward freedom, following athletes including Mark Abma, Chris Rubens and Lucy Leishman from Alaskan spine lines in Haines to deep Japanese powder in Myoko, the Swiss village of Arolla, Norway, and British Columbia heli and cat terrain.
Two showings make it easy to fit into a ski day: catch the 4 p.m. show after last chair, or make an evening of it with the 6:30 p.m. screening. Every ticket includes a raffle entry, and a share of proceeds benefits Team Summit, the local youth ski and snowboard club.
Warren Station is a short walk from the River Run gondola, so you can head straight from the slopes to the theater. Seating is general admission — arrive when doors open for the best seats.
