Tequila, mezcal, margaritas, and Main Street — Breckenridge’s celebration of all things agave is back for 2026.
The Breckenridge Agave Festival returns June 26–28, 2026, taking over Main Street Station and The Village at Breckenridge for a weekend devoted to Mexico’s most storied spirits. Presented by Proximo, the festival pours 100+ agave spirits — from well-known bottles to small-batch, independent labels — alongside food pairings, live music, and a brand-new margarita showdown, all set against Breckenridge’s historic Victorian Main Street at 9,600 feet.
It’s a 21+ celebration built around three signature experiences: an intimate Agave Pairing Dinner on Friday, the sprawling Grand Tasting on Saturday, and a relaxed Sunday Brunch to close the weekend.

The Grand Tasting
The heart of the weekend is Saturday’s Grand Tasting, where 100+ agave spirits flow across two Breckenridge plazas. Wander between booths to sip blanco, reposado, and añejo tequilas, smoky mezcals, and rare independent bottlings, chat with the makers, and discover your next favorite pour — all while DJs keep the plazas moving. VIP ticket holders get in an hour early at 1:00 p.m. and enjoy access to the VIP Lounge.

- Getting around: Both venues sit right on Main Street; the free Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle makes it easy to leave the car parked
