Description: The 4th Annual Beetlefest will carve it’s way on to Frisco’s Main Street on September 10, 2011 from 10 am to 6 pm.

This unique zany event is designed to bring education and awareness regarding the devastation caused by the mountain pine beetle. The event will benefit the Friends of the Dillon Ranger District.

Beetle Blockers Beetle Art
This year we have added a fun and unique addition to Beetlefest that will be here the whole summer. Beetle Blockers Beetle Art is a public art project with7 larger than life artistically designed beetles on display in Frisco beginning June 4, 2011 through the summer until September 10, 2011. It will be a fun, exciting and educational public art display dedicated to helping in efforts to mitigate the pine beetle epidemic.
