Mountain Operations Update for 1/7/11- 1/17/11


Night Skiing :: Kidtopia :: Tubing Hill :: Restaurants ::


Lift service for the public starts every morning at 8:30 am

Take note – MLK, Jr. Holiday Weekend is Friday, January 14th – Monday, January 17th

Night Ski

Ø Friday, Jan 7th & Saturday, Jan 8th: Keystone is open for Night Ski until 8pm

Ø Sunday, Jan 9th – Keystone is open for Night Ski until 6pm

Ø There is no Night Ski Monday & Tuesday, January 10th and 11th

Ø January 12th-16th: Keystone is open for Night Ski every night until 8pm

Ø Monday, January 17th: Keystone is open for Night Ski until 6pm

Mountain House Base Area – For the Holiday weekend (January 14th through 17th), please take note of the special extended operating hours at the Mountain House.

Ø Peru Lift will run 8:30am – 6pm

Ø Argentine Lift will run from 9:30am – 4pm

Ø Mountain House Ski & Basket check will run until 7pm

Ø Regular Mountain House operations resume on January 18th. Lifts run until 4pm, Basket Check until 5pm, No Argentine lift

Tubing Hill

Open with 5 lanes

12pm – 8pm Wednesday through Saturday

12pm – 6pm on Sunday

Holiday weekend – Tubing will be open until 8pm on Sunday, Jan. 16th and until 6pm om Monday, Jan. 17th.

Mountain Restaurants

9280′ (formerly Parrot Eyes) open daily

o Kitchen open 11am – 9pm

o Bar open 11am – 9pm (depending on business)

Mountain House

o Mountain House Grill open 11am – 3pm

§ Full menu

o Last Lift open 11am – 6pm (depending on business)

o Black Diamond Pizza open 8am – 5pm until 1/11/11 (closed 1/12/11)

§ Full menu

Starbucks open 7am – 5pm (until 9pm on night skiing dates, Sunday until 7pm)

Summit House

§ Building open 8:30am – 4pm (8:30am – 8pm on night skiing dates)

§ Food service 9:15am – 2:30pm (9:15am – 7pm on night skiing dates)

o Now enjoy a limited breakfast from 9:15am – 11am consisting of biscuits gravy, breakfast burritos, eggs, bacon, tots

§ Pub menu available until 7pm on night skiing dates

Timberidge Food Court open 9am- 3pm

Der Fondue Chessel and Alpenglow Stube open for dinner Wednesdays through Saturdays nights at 5:30 pm – for MLK weekend both restaurants will also be open for dinner on Sunday 01/16/11

§ Stube lunch available Thursday through Saturday from 11am – 1:30pm

§ Stube Sunday brunch is 10:30am -1:30pm

LaBonte’s Cabin open 10am – 3pm

Keystone Adventure Ice Rink

Open daily 10am – 9pm

Classic skiing lessons and ski skating lessons

Family tubing open daily 9am – 2pm. Walk up, slide down. No minimum age or height requirement. Tube rental required.

Full moon tour January 19th with dinner
