Ready for the muddiest day of your year? The Dirty Girl 5K Mud Run is now the premiere women’s only run near Copper Mountain, CO with more fun, more girl power, more creativity, more high fives, more excitement and, of course, more mud than any other 5K run can muster.

You’ll run, jump, hop, bounce and splash your way to the finish line of our fun run at the Dirty Girl Mud Run Copper Mountain. Oh, and don’t forget about the after party, where you celebrate completing the obstacle mud run with thousands of other women in the Dirty Girl Nation!

Event Info

Course Description

Run, walk, climb, crawl—experience it all at our Copper Mountain, CO mud run. Expect the event to go on rain or shine. Expect not to be timed. Expect some crazy team uniforms. Expect to laugh until your cheeks hurt. Expect to leave with an overwhelming sense of accomplishment, as well as a DG tee and charm.

Course Strategy

You will need to arrive 60 minutes prior to your registered wave time. First wave is at 9am and they start every 15 minutes.Take it easy and have fun! It is not timed or competitive so you can go entirely at your own pace. The course may include off road terrain, so be careful. You’re sure to get muddy, wet and experience some cheek busting laughter. You can expect safety throughout the course and water stations at mile 1 and mile 2.

Obstacles

Are you ready to get down & dirty at our Copper Mountain, CO 5K? You’ll giggle your way over the “Get a Grip” rope climb, all the way to the Dirty Girl finish line across our 10-12 obstacles. But don’t worry…if you get to an obstacle that’s more than a challenge for you, just take one of the detours!
