Wine-n-Wings Challenge Burning Stones Plaza Copper Mountain takes on a unique spin to the traditional chicken wing challenge. Copper chefs will be competing for the best wing and wine pairing. With pairs such as sweet and spicy Asian wings with a Riesling to smoky barbecue wings with a Shiraz, this challenge proves that wings can pair with more than just a beer and a Sunday of football.

Grille. 5pm – 8pm: Join the Copper Mountain Resort Ambassadors for a free full moon Moonlight Snowshoe Tour on Saturday, February 15 from 5-8 PM! It is an unforgettable experience. We will be leaving West Village and heading west over frozen creeks and through the forest to our meadows to see the full moon. No experience necessary. We encourage sturdy boots and headlamps if you have any, no experience necessary. Guests may bring their own snowshoes or snowshoe rentals are available in West Village at $10 per pair. Space is limited – please call Guest Services at 970-968-2318, ext 45861 to reserve a spot. Please let us know if you will be renting snowshoes. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early. Free parking is available at West Village.
7pm: Fireworks
Get a workout AND get romantic with a snowshoe loop tour on Saturday and Sunday at 10am and 1pm. Since you can’t be in Sochi, snuggle around the bonfir, sip a warm beverage and cheese as the Apex Ice Center Skaters perform Love on Ice.
