By providing your phone number and when you book online you are also agreeing to the terms and conditions that state you agree to receiving text messages from Rocky Mountain Resort Management in relation to you stay with Rocky Mountain Resort Management. Rocky Mountain Resort Management can contact me about this information,” you consent to receive text messages from Rocky Mountain Resort Management specifically. A Privacy Policy could become compliant if a statement similar to the following is added:

Also, on at least a couple of the examples I would add opt out language such as “To stop receiving SMS from us, you may reply anytime with the word ‘STOP’ or ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’.
