Summer Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly

All pricing is total, plus taxes (as applicable) and cleaning (based on size) as well as damage insurance ($49) – many times summer monthly bookings must be approved by the owner before they can be confirmed.  Holiday weekends will be charged at retail rates for those weeks and other high demand time frames.  PRICING HERE IS BASE MONTHLY – each month is priced differently based on the month being booked; based on demand (base is May and October).
